Dunnet Bay Distillers was founded in 2014 by Martin and Claire Murray on the windswept coast of Caithness, Scotland. Inspired by our remote Highland surroundings, we handcraft spirits that reflect the wild beauty of our home—using local botanicals, pure water, and sustainable practices.
